It does not say anything about money being dispensed. Then I went up the street to Rite Aid tried to get $40 and it said transaction is not approved insufficient funds. I went back out last night to work and the only thing I feel safe with right now is going to the dollar tree spending a couple bucks and getting cash back there.

Here are the steps: Add DirectDasher virtual card to your wallet. Go to your wallet and select Apple Cash. Click 3 dots in upper right hand corner of screen. Click Add money and enter amount. At the one I usually go to, the pump does a pre-auth of $1 on my capital one card and lets me pump a full tank. That's come in handy a few times. At that same station my dasher direct card won't work at the pump with $50 on it, and doesn't ask me if it's credit or debit.If I go to a store that doesn't take the chip and can swipe right away I can take cash out. Venmo wont let me take cash out on ATMs that use the chip either. Basically, if your chip doesn't work and the store takes the chip youll get declined for cashback. The issue has now been resolved and DasherDirect functionality is available again.
