Hello, Our 2001 Acura MDX has just had two dashboard warning lights come on. The check engine light and the VTM-4 light both came on the way home. In case it is important, the car was very low on gas - added gas at the nearest station - no effect, both lights are still on.

I had the codes checked with Auto Zone and they were all cylinder misfiring codes. I took it in to a mechanic, and they said it is possible I got a bad batch of gas.
