Seeking feedback. Posted by Trouble on March 12, 2024, 8:59 am. I have an honest question. Where do TDCJ staff go to give suggestions/ ideas for improvements, issues with policy flaws? Inmates have advocates. I'm asking where & who helps support them? Responses.TDCJ is notorious for crappy wages and substandard working environments.
