It's certainly a little dated, but I don't have a problem with that because it works exactly as you'd want it to, and it's very intuitive. Date of experience: 28 November 2023. AA. Service gone down hill. Not great when a Darlington building society cheque bounces. (Stockton branch) Closed account due to poor interest rate. Had to go back to branch to sort out. Can never get through by phone always need to leave message. To be fair always get back to you but this can be several hours later.
