If you are starting, keep things simple and try to learn correct, robust procedures. You probably don't need LocalNormalization for this data set, and shouldn't use it at this point. B.

Removing it from the repository does not remove the script. You want a fully up-to-date repository list, and they use Resources > Updates > Reset Updates. That tells PI to refresh everything in the repository list. You may have to then use the Check for Update option. One or two restarts of PI will be required.
