During mold-sourced bottle production, the bottle’s removal from the mold resulted in a hard-to-see seam in the glass. Much of the time, the mold seam height indicates how old the bottle is. Machine-produced bottles from 1905 through the 1920s displayed higher, thicker mold seams compared to later machine-made bottles.I bought this bottle a while back from a little antique shop. I was wondering if anyone had any information on it as I cant seem to find this design of bottle or what its value is. Any info would be appreciated. Hi all, This is my first post to the forums, and my first adventure into old bottles. What I have is a Pepsi bottle that my father had at some point in his life. I believe I have dated it to 1971. It has the Anchor Hocking logo on the bottom, with a 5 to the left, 71 to the right, and 42 below the logo. There is nothing else on the bottom.

It's certainly a Pepsi ND/NR bottle mold, if it were a Mountain Dew hillbilly one then you might have something.
