I’m wanting to run a LPVO and 45* offset RMR on this setup. So far the rifle is pretty dam light weight. my buddy has a Khales LPVO on his rig and while very nice it’s out of my price range. So I’m looking at the following: NF NX8 with the tight eyebox issue Vortex Razor 1-10 and Primary Arms Platinum 1-8 ACSS Raptor

By no means a precision scope but I can ring steel out to 300 yards using known hold overs. I'll try to stretch it out to 600 when the weather gets better. It's the lightest QD mount yeah, the lightest LPVO mount is the Aero Precision one at 3oz - which is non-QD. I wouldn’t trust that. I don’t think you’ll save much weight changing the mount. I have the Strike Eagle 1-8x24 on the Vortex cantilever mount. I could be wrong, but there’s better places to save weight. Agreed.
