The truth is that Fidelity interface is much easier to navigate for Treasuries than Treasury Direct. No need to mix in marketing overstatement. I do use Fidelity to buy Treasuries, and find the auto-reinvest to work nicely. However attempts to modernize the Fidelity interface has generally resulted in a degradation.
