Go for Gen 9 or 10 core i7 (if you want intel) or Ryzen 3600 or 5600 (if you want AMD). For 60FPS and above botw is really CPU hungry. With a CPU that doesn't suck. I would leave it at sub 60, the games physics is frame rate linked. You should be happy the game runs on the CPU you have.
