Syncing data for call of duty taking forever.

First place, just fine. Second place, sync issues for every game. Third place, back to normal. Not blaming it completely on your connection however.

Try restarting Steam and/or change download location temporarily usually works for me. It didnt work for me but I noticed that every other game uses my disk but WW2 doesnt. Its probably just the game and how many people are downloading it. Yeah probably only so much bandwidth Steams end as you say. #3.

Have your Epic Games Launcher open, and if the game is greyed out due to cloud syncing, open Task Manager and "End Task" for Epic Games.
