Suzuki outboard no power to ignition.

We did some work on my console now that we have put it all back together, my ignition is not working. We connected all the wiring back as it was, but there is one plug that I cannot account for. Sometime the cable is not adjust correctly at motor and it doesn't make at the neutral switch. Hope that help.
