My starlink randomly went down. It says disconnected or rebooting and shows the connection between the router and the dish as red. This exact thing has happened twice before and both times plugging in a new cable between the router and dish fixed it. The only problem is that we just did that back in January and it’s already down again. There was an existing disconnected Viasat dish on the roof with no LNB because it was returned when the service was disconnected. It was not an obstruction to the Starlink dish, but it was facing it. I removed the dish and the trouble has mostly cleared. Update the Firmware. If you have been having a good connection before and then get disconnected after some duration, the issue may be firmware .
