Sep 13, 2022 · Be interesting to see how the new Springfield Armory Prodigy does vs the Staccato P. It really looks very similar to the P at a significant price reduction. I'm totally happy with my P and what I paid for it at the time, but if the Prodigy tests out well will certainly put pressure on Staccato and other 2011 manufacturers; think?

The Staccato is super reliable, a flat shooter, and one of my more accurate shooters (along with the EDC).Both the prodigy's were $1400 OTD at a lgs. so $1,000 savings vs the Staccato for me (for 1 Prodigy vs 1 Staccato).
