If the Ryujinx team won't do it, you can use this utility for packaging .NET applications to AppImage, I use it all the time for my projects: PupNet-Deploy. I just tested it with Ryujinx, popped the pupnet appimage in the project files, created/changed the necessary files, ran the program and it worked great!

I've experimented with host mapped mode a bit, seems like forcing Skyline use a 16 KB-aligned destination address in the svcMapProcessMemory call doesn't help either. I guess this doesn't necessarily mean that the physical address on the host has the correct alignment as well?

Note: This does not seem to happen on Steam OS Stable, with either Stable or Beta Steam Client. Using master 1.1.389. When playing any game on Ryujinx on the Steam Deck, the screen goes black and is only brought back by using touch input.
