RxOM is a 40 hour position, sr tech is not guaranteed that. i cut mine to 34 to give my techs some hours. if i schedule myself 40, then i'd probably always be in ot bc i always come in a few minutes early and leave a few minutes after my scheduled time. i normally schedule myself 37.5 tho due to the 30 min lunch period.RXOM = Sr.Technician with more job responsibilities.
