I've found Loop Habit Tracker, which, if it had habits you could track multiple times a day and the ability to create checkmark lists would be perfect. Unfortunately, it does not offer these functionalities. Basically, I'm looking for exactly Habitica -- without all the gaming aspects. Maybe look into Todoist.
