I recently replaced my regular p365 grip with an XL grip and i have a 10 round and 12 round magazine for the regular frame. Is there any way to change out the base plate in the magazines to allow them to fit in the XL frame? ... Not the 10 round. You can buy flat base plates for the 12 rounder and be good. Reply reply

I bought a couple 12 round P365 mags from a guy on ar15.com but they didn't come with the flush base plate that makes them fit the P365X/XL length grips. Does anyone have 2 of these they will sell me? I have a couple of the thick ones that let the 12 round mag work with the standard short length P365 if anyone wants those. Thanks!
So I just tried putting the 15 round base plate on the 17 round mag. It will not even attempt to slide on. The width of the tube is the same. The part of the baseplate that interfaces with the mag is totally different. They're inverted. The 15 round mag tube folds inwards for the baseplate to slide onto.
