You can only find allthemodium in the mining dimension. You can find vibranium at 0-20 in the other iirc, or in crimson forests, in the roof I think?. Unobtainium is only in end highlands in the end. Pretty easy to find, tbh. Vibranium can also be found in the Other (Teleportpad in Nether) Tip.

Here are some screenshots showing the issue in the mining dimension: As you can see here there is no Allthemodium Ore Gen whatsoever at the specified height given by the Allthemodium Book. These tunnels are at y = -30 and y = 1. Starting from the height I specified, there is Allthemodium Ore to be found in the expected amount.Allthemodium Teleport pad not working. Your best bet is to grab a set of pickaxes and a pile of food and vein mine the deep slate. At least until you get enough resources to build a chunk destroyer.

Easiest method I’ve found is using the natures compass or ancient compass. Find an ancient city. Use jetpack on hover mode and scan the walls and ceilings of the ancient city.
