Found a secret loot stash!!!! Okay. West of Windhelm, there's Anga's Mill. Go to the waterfall. There will be a skeleton. Go in the waterfall. There will be a strong box. To the left of the barrels, look in the rocks. There should be a pop up prompting to open a chest and there will be other loot in the wall.
