They got me in , did full eye exam except dilation, picked out new frames and had new glasses on my face at 5:10. Their customer service was incredible. The doctor was good and very precise with my prescription. Prices and selection are normal for a location like this. Turn around time is fast unless you have to send stuff out. Waited nearly 2 weeks for my Ray Bans."Seems like a money grab to me. I just wasted my initial appointment fee and got no refunds for that. So my advice, if you want contact lenses just make sure to never move locations unless you want 2 extra appointments per year. I'll just stick to glasses and save money.
