I can understand your sentiment. I found UWorld frustrating in the beginning. For me, I found UWorld to be an excellent resource for consistent practice months out from the test date. Yes it is harder, but it’ll help you improve immensely. Once you get closer to your test date, say 1.5 months in advance, I’d switch to exclusively AAMC material.

The Uworld questions probably have weak to no correlation since they're used at varying points during a study cycle, so the only good correlations that will help you will be AAMC FLs.
