This type of infection occurs when you don't change your bandages often enough; Clean and rebandage it and stay on top of changing your bandages. Wound Infection, which appears on your health panel when you have a wound and don't tend to it properly..Antibiotic only work for regular wound infection. It doesn't remove them, it make them less strong. So basically it's worthless since they are a non-issue in the first place. As long as you do not stand around corpse you will immediately reduce the sickness. Once it's under a specific threeshold (see your moodlet) you will be fine. For now.
