It was originally 20 hours = 1 PTO. That was 4.5 hours for every 90 hours worked. Ohhhh yeah I got screwed over by Walmart once again.So if you miss an entire 8 hour shift and only want to make it half a point, you need to use 4 hours of PPTO. Using 8 hours of PPTO means you won't receive any points for it. In either case, don't forget to call out/report the absence.
