idgafidfwu. • 8 yr. ago. As long as your Power, Survivor and Agility are at max level, everything else you do will level your legendary. So basically everything else you did to get exp will now count toward your legend rank, and playing on higher difficulty will raise it faster. sirwinsalot8.
I think my biggest disappointment with the legend levels is that it's pretty much all bonus damage, in the first game we got extra health and health regeneration which helped a lot with nightmare difficulty, but here you will get 2 shot on hard by one volatile even at rank 250. 4. I mean you can one shot brute without legend levels and without mods using the glitch from the DLC. Not to mention that so many players got bugs that put them straight at level 250 anyway. Mods already lock your game into single player. Blocking legend levels as well as too much, honestly.
