I took it in to the shop and the shop diagnosed a plugged heater core. I know my particular 200 has a coolant gelling issue that may require replacing multiple parts of the cooling system.

Hi, I've had 3 - (2011) 200's. Two have had the bad heater core. The coolant lines for the Heater Core are on the driver side of the engine under the air ducting for the intake.
