Cannot contact landing services, help please. since 3.6 I have a quite common bug. No matter how close to a space station I get, I cannot hail them and ask for landing permission. If your looking on the surface hand mineable appear using the scan (tab button) less than 100m so of your flying around they will usually appear instantly.

Make sure it's on ship-mineable rocks.
