Own the 560 and picked up the mods from both .. the coal sleeve is great. I got the 1050 and got the vent mod, firebox, manifold cover, water tray and I also got the new charcoal grate from Masterbuilt. I know the new gravity’s already come with it but mine did not. All these additions really helped use less fuel.I don’t have any mods for my 800! It seems like the better quality smoker (out of the 560 and 1050). As far as manifold cover, I just covered it with heavy duty tin foil, and folded up the edges to “catch” grease drippings. Works perfectly fine for me!
