It comes up a couple inches but will not top out like it used to. I looked underneath, hoping to find something stuck in the linkage like a rock or stick but there doesn't seem to be anything impeding ... Debris in Your Mower Deck . Howdy Rcart, Welcome to the tractor forum. IMO, you are restricted to the RC48-G20, RC54-G20, or RC60-G20 mower decks to mount on a Kubota G1900. You might possibly modify another Kubota deck to fit a G1900, but I doubt that you would ever get it "right". I have an RC60-G20 deck.You'll need a snap ring pliers to remove the circlip to pull out the plug, spring, and poppet. You will lose oil as this happens. Also, there's a relief in the valve for the deck lift. You'll have to pull the bottom cover off, its 4 6mm bolts. You'll find the spring with the cover, then the poppet is up in the valve.Step 6: Take the front to rear blade measurements. Start by positioning the deck lift lever in one of the middle heights. Rotate the blade nearest to the side chute in a front-to-back position. It’s the same blade we used in step I above.
