Learned in some other video that when it gets infected, it's nearly impossible to get the entire sac. They try to get everything but the infection causes the sac to break apart easily. They said they remove the bad stuff, patch it up, and give anti biotics. Once the infection clear and the cyst comes back, they remove everything.
