Official update is out - v2.6.2.3! start or restart ACT and it should prompt you to update the FFXIV ACT Plugin. Other plugins & overlays also need to be updated and are in varying degrees of completion, so please be patient for those authors to finish their work. 3.
If you haven't used ACT in a while you need to go into the FFXIV Plugin settings and check "Inject and use deucalion", or else ACT won't work if it's launched after the game. ACT tends to have issues after a major patch update. I know they had issues a few patches ago. Havent tested it out with the new patch, myself.

A few days ago, I had to do a fresh reinstall of FFXIV because it kept crashing every few minutes (which fixed the crashes). I noticed ACT stopped working after that, so I decided to do a fresh reinstall of ACT and Kagerou (and I followed the github setup guide to the T). Unfortunately, nothing seems to have fixed it.The different bars are showing, the testmode is showing me right location, job etc etc, but it's not actually working.
