Since 2011, I have gone into forbearance at various points and I believe I have over 36 months of forbearance. 5/14/2022 - I submitted my first and only ECF to FedLoan. 5/26/2022 - I received a letter from FedLoan saying they received my ECF. 7/28/2022 - I called FedLoan and they said my ECF was approved but they are transferring me to Mohela.

You will need the pslf waiver to bring back any pre consolidation counts. It's not a big deal because you submitted by 10/31/22, but it will take them a few months once your first pslf form is approved to bring back pre-consolidation months.
