Lin1958. Yes it'll fit on a standard mil spec lower and most other lowers too. The buffer attachment requires clearance on the outer sides of the buffer extension area though, so something like the sco15 with its extra qd holes will interfere. The lighter projectiles stabilize just fine in a short barrel with a slow twist rate. Shoot some 200-220gr subs out of a short barrel with a slow twist and look at your paper targets.JAKL is just a whole new frontier to me and seems to be finicky so far. JAKL gains AR ergonomics, but looses the availability of (upper) parts. Now PCCs and battle rifles are a different story. The bufferless PCC makes them much more compact. BRs (.308) seem to be the way militaries are moving and better for both hunting and long range shooting. I keep coming back to the price.
