Project zomboid bitten but not infected.

I was bitten and got sick, died but did not turn zomboid. I started a new character and found my corpse still laying in the grass for days. Yes it still sucks when you get zombie wounded due to the game being buggy, but it changes the dynamic so if you are prepared, you can fight off the infection. I play with transmission on (only bites, cooler imho), but with infection mortality set to never. That way you still get sick, but you don't die from it.

You cant tell the two apart on the menu itself, but you CAN'T be infected without a bite, scratch, or laceration from a zombie.
