It is borderline Blue Surfer (Blue Lagoon). Blue Surfers are typically super swirly marbles. I vote for Peltier for your marble.

I added MCS after x2 for extra information meaning Multi Colored Swirl.The base color is a slight mixture of red and brown, looks red but a brown cast to it resembling motor oil. This example is another (red/brown) that does fit into the other red based family types. A variant (off shoot) of the red based Peltiers.
