If you’re doing BnB and Pathoma the smallest decks would be Soze (for BnB) and Pepper or Upgraded Duke’s (or even the Clozified Duke’s) for Pathoma. Your plan sounds pretty solid. never took notes on pathoma. I feel the info is pretty broad/high yield so never felt the need. For BnB on 2nd pass I took notes on what I knew I was weak on. I pretty much wrote down at least something for every disease or concept. But it was a skeleton and only included details I felt I needed help remembering.

The Step 1 deck that got released (V6) includes all of the Step 1 relevant cards plus any of the overlap, duplicates, and near duplicates that we found between Step 1 and Step 2 decks.
