I don't know what that dude was talking about. Drop rates on the lost sectors at both levels seems like it's way lower than last. Last season I could get an exotic drop every 4-5 runs. This season I've gotten 2 drops in about 5 total hours (probably ~20 runs). Possibly just bad RNG but it definitely seems like lower RNG this season.

Ran yesterday's Legend one and got legs 4/6 runs, did 5 runs today and not a single exotic arm dropped...
