Yes, it is fixed. I haven't had any problems for days, and runs and idles perfectly. Even gets better economy than it used to. Sadly, I don't need it much anymore, since buying the new Kia Soul. After getting the new Kia, I find it hard to go back to the Rio, as they are light years apart in technology, (and 8 model years apart for real).
