UWorld is good for practice questions and they give really detailed discussions for each answer. In my opinion, they seem a lot harder than real AAMC questions, but it's better to be overprepared rather than under. Some may disagree with my opinion. You can also utilize the free and paid prep resources on the AAMC's website!Try not to focus too much on the actual percentage correct and focus on learning the why you got the questions wrong. uworld explanations are great so def take advantage of that! U world is difficult, but great to get you used to the tougher questions you will see. I was mostly in the 70-80% range.Uworld is pretty close to the real deal, especially for a third party company. The BEST thing about Uworld is the crazy in depth explanation for every single question and getting lots of practice with timing down.

The Uworld questions probably have weak to no correlation since they're used at varying points during a study cycle, so the only good correlations that will help you will be AAMC FLs. I hope this doesn't come off harsh, I'm just trying to save you some time from obsessing over small details, and help you look at the bigger picture. Hope this helps!
