Is 85 questions on nclex good.
The NGN test is now 85-150 questions. I went all the way to 150 & also took the almost entiretime allowed with maybe 3 minutes to spare!! Normally I am a fast test taker and have always been one of the firsts to finish. After 85 questions, I started to shake. I took a break to calm myself down again. At 125 questions, I only had 25 minutes left.

The same holds true with trying to guess whether you’ve passed NCLEX based on the number of questions you received. I felt all the color leave my face and I wanted to vomit right there in the middle of the testing center when that computer shut off!

The week before I wrote my exam I was in a smilar percentile. My suggestion is to keep doing questions, and re-do the questions you got wrong. I did about 500 U World questions a day a week before I wrote, and each day my percentage right went up, and by the end I was in the 75th percentile and passed the NCLEX! You can do it!
Took the NCLEX on 6/8. It took me about an hour to an hour and 20ish minutes, shut off in 85 questions. Went out to my car and cried for a solid 20 minutes about the exam, I was 100% confident I failed. I felt so dumb and unprepared. I felt confident on maybe a few questions out of the entire 85.
My study regimen/advice is as follows: 1. 100 practice questions a day (with a few days off), usually in blocks of 20-25 questions at a time.
