Ilvl for mythics.
Group executing mechanics will be important though. My M+ group was doing M0 sub-340 and maybe wiped a handful of times. That's a 30+ ilvl gear to reward discrepancy, so skill/experience of your group will play a large part in success. As for getting in a random group, yeah you have to jack up your ilvl as much as possible.

Apr 26, 2020 · Just wondering what ilvl you should be to be able to clear a +11. It drops 460 I believe, so an ilvl of 445 should easily be doable. But if obviously depends on many factors; Even a freshly boosted char without essences can be carried in +15s. But if you have to apply for other groups, then you won’t get far as average ilvl dps.
Blizzard ForumsTo be fair, I can see this being a reasonable compromise. You get a single shot per boss at the loot in raid, and heroic bosses give you heroic loot from your great vault. Doing a "heroic level" m+ drops lower ilvl, but it is spammable. The great vault gives you a guaranteed heroic level item. You have to be max level (70, per dragonflight) and there's a recommended ilvl of the average normal dungeon drops at lvl 70 (as of season 1 - 340-350). At higher m+ levels, the recommended ilvl goes up.

Me and 4 friends got all the way to last boss. 3 dps ilvls being 207,212,206 a healer ilvl 220 and a brand new tank being ilvl212.
