How rare is the shrouded ghost.

It seems to randomly replace any other Meg when it spawns. Very low chance, possibly 1 in 10,000. The one I found was in the Devils Roar far away from fog. I was on an Athena quest at the time. Some more random info about the spawning of the Shrouded Ghost: -->Spawned on day time, with no fog or storm. -->The server was almost empty as after that we anchored a bit later and got merged into another server. TL;DR : Megalodons can despawn mid fight and get replaced by other megalodon types, even after taking damage.
