When i hook my cheap code reader up it shows the p0406 code as permanent, even if i clear it with the snap on scanner and the snap on scanner shows no codes the code reader will still show p0406.Anyway, when I got on the highway it wouldn't really get over 45 mph, then it went to 55, then finally it would get to 70 mph.
