Wanted to get everyone's thoughts: 1. Plan installing myself, how hard on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being, take to a professional to install. 2.The stock shifter throw is only about 3 inches from 3rd to 4th, so the MGW cannot be that much less. My Hurst shifter feels more precise than the stock shifter, but the throw is only about 1/8th inch less. My previous C6 had the stock shifter and my Z06 has the MGW shifter in it from the previous owner. It's a huge difference. Absolutely love it. The throws on the stock shifter are far too long.
