You still usually run out of hp in like 4-5 hits with the ampule activated, you can get objectives done, sure, but it's just like swansong. The galant is a good weapon when you can 1) aim and 2) one shot heavy swats to the head. On DW and DS, you need either overkill aced or berserker to do that 2nd one (can’t help you with the first).
