If you care most about PS5 this has no effect on you whatsoever. Best way to think about this is it’s the Japanese version of the game on PC that one day will have an automatic upgrade to the English release. Edit: and no, this release does not have English subtitles. There are mods out there that may do that, but they’re not official releases.
