Travix operates 5 brands in 29 countries; employs 500 staff; and has combined sales in excess of USD $1Billion. This company is fraud. This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning. Feb 20, 2016 · Several prices for the same flight were presented. The budgetair.com price was over $200 less PER PERSON than the airline (WestJet) price. The savings were about $1,000 (17% off)! I took the chance and booked with budget air. THEN I started to read their reviews. 90% of the reviews are awful. This went on and on in a loop of multiple emails. No-one resolved the issue and I am still unable to verify my identity, so cannot use the flights, without paying a fee at the airport. Had to book new ones. Attempting to get a refund from Budgetair – they are not assisting and still insisting I contact Ryanair.
