I have a 2003 Honda Accord EX (4 cylinder). About a month ago, my gear shifter started getting stuck in park. I've read several forums and realize it could be several things. My brake light work when the brake pedal is depressed. When I click the button on my gear shifter, I hear a clicking noise in my steering column.

When you released it manually and moved the shifter it stopped. expected as no longer in park. The brake pedal switch feeds power to the solenoid to open. Low voltage to the brake pedal switch would cause this. No start and a buzz at the ignition switch suggests you have low voltage to the ignition switch too.
