Strength is actually a solid 2nd choice for spending left-over points, since Shaman gear is generally kinda heavy, and having extra carry weight is always a boon. IMO, the 5 extra carry weight is VASTLY superior to the 15 HP at level 60. Ignore INT. If Agility is below 75, make it 75. You use 9 charges then sell it to a merchant for about 1900 plat and then the 9 charges about 122 plat a charge. Now you can't do that trick and each charge will be 300 plat. I think that is a huge nurf. People are going to be more careful on when they use the potion and not as many will be sold.
