They are not bad holsters but a Tenicor holster is a big upgrade. Better clips/loops, better wing/tension, and overall better designs. The only thing Vedder offers is different colors if you don't like black otherwise a Velo4 or Certum3 with a pad/wedge will conceal better. Both Vedder and Tenicor make comfortable holsters.
I originally did the same.. purchased the velo and although I could and did carry with it , it was unpleasant. I’ve tried every carry position with the Certum 3 and I know it gets rave reviewsreviews, but man I’m disappointed that I can’t see why. A lot depends on the gun. I have one for a 1911, and it’s terrible. I would probably put a pillow on the certum before I tried a velo. The velo4 has less adjustment as it's made strictly for aiwb.I think I've narrowed it down (from websites, honestly, nobody seems to have these locally that I can touch) to either the Vedder LightTuck or the Tenicor Certum3. I like the idea of the two clips on the Certum3 better than a single wide clip, but I saw a while back someone commented you would want loops instead of clips to carry at 4.

TXC makes a bad ass custom holster for the p365… I just recently scooped a high end custom holster from Odin and it’s definitely quality and comfortable. I carry all day aiwb and have no issues with comfort even while driving.. if you haven’t heard of them check them out
