One drawback, however, is that they only cover 50% of services, which is low compared to its competitors. A positive is that the policy is transparent and easy to understand.

We joined Bivvy about a month ago for our 10-year-old dog, and over two weeks after we joined (at this point we were able to go to the vet if needed) and had to bring my dog to the vet. Bivvy refused to accept this claim ($300+) and said it was a preexisting condition when it was not.
